Localgiving.com is pleased to announce that from 15th September, we’re giving money back to charities!
We’re reducing our donation and Gift Aid deductions by 1% which means charities and community groups get more from every donation received. Our new 5% lower rate means more money for charity, more benefits for community groups and more effective fundraising online.
As you know, Localgiving.com is a not-for-profit organisation so we do need to take a very small transaction processing fee from donations. This goes towards providing a safe website so that you can give confidently and securely to validated groups on Localgiving.com.
As somebody somewhere said, “Every little helps,” and we hope that giving 1% back will help groups to flourish and grow in the local community.
