How do you make a difference in your local community?
Tony: By being passionate and enthusiastic about improving our Park. Having a ‘can do’ attitude and by helping local people to get involved voluntarily and showing them that it is a worthwhile and very enjoyable experience.
Anne: We help solve problems that blight our area by using the right contacts in our local authority and local police. We encourage local people to become involved in their community and surroundings.
What says ‘home’ to you?
Tony: What says home is when I walk in the door and the dogs jump up to greet me wagging their tails!
Anne: Home to me is the area I live in and my community. Having a strong relationship and trust with those that live closely around me.
